Free Spirit

In nature, a child finds freedom, fantasy, and privacy: a place distant from the adult world, a separate peace ~ Richard Louv

Embrace the free spirited nature of your authentic self and nurture the energy that exists within.  To reawaken your inner self and begin creating a life that you love is a sign of truly being a free spirit.   Be the one that is constantly curious, that welcomes surprise in their life. The one that asks, “just how alive do I need to feel to be able to experience all-encompassing love?”  The one that strives for balance in Mind, Body and Spirit.

Never give up on that young spirit within you, the one that sees the simplicity and beauty of nature and life through a child’s eyes.

Winds of Change

Men do change, and change comes like a little wind that ruffles the curtains at dawn, and it comes like the stealthy perfume of wildflowers hidden in the grass  ~ John Steinbeck

We reach a point in our lives where we realize our need for change. On reflection we may see something in ourselves that we feel we can improve on, make worthier. Instead of trying to attempt immediate and profound changes within, we should rather allow our inner essence to flow freely, gently, slowly.  For it is our spirit, our authentic self, that wants to express itself, to grow and experience life and for this to happen, our spirit needs change.

Change is like soft gusts of wind, blowing through the entrails of our minds within the colorful fabrics of our lives.  Embrace the Winds of Change.

Spiritual Warrior

To be nobody but yourself – in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else – means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting  ~  E.E. Cummings

We have to embrace our inner Spirit and remain true to ourselves, follow our self-beliefs. For Spirit is our weapon of strength.  Stand firm, stand tall and never give in to Life’s Battle of Conformity.   We must strive for Exceptional Spirit.

A lone warrior albeit standing tall can so easily be lost in the sea of trees,  fading into the shadowy waters, becoming almost invisible in its surrounding sameness.

Colors within

“The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.” ~Marcus Aurelius

It is far better to cast the colorful and vibrant radiance of yourself towards others.  The beautiful hues of your inner self. The reds, the golds, the blues and silvers. The yellows, and violets, the spiritual purples. The very spirit of you in kindness, respect, love and compassion.

Should the winds of fortune ever change, instead of dark, ashen colors of anger and angst, everything that you have put out there, with good intention, will be picked up on the wind and given back.  So always try to be kind and generous of heart.

Inner Sanctuary

Within you there is a stillness and sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself  ~  Hermann Hesse

So many of us go through life being supportive of others. Always offering a helping hand or a shoulder to lean on. All of which is a drain on our spiritual equilibrium. Never, or very seldom, do we take time for ourselves.  In order to get in touch with our needs and desires, we must embrace self-awareness and self-love.  I have found the best way to align Mind, Body and Spirit is through Meditation and EFT tapping.

To discover inner peace we need to take command of our thoughts which in turn will bring about a harmonious and balanced state of mind. By restoring our energy balance and becoming more aware and mindful of ourselves, we will be free to live our lives within our realm of Love, Peace and Tranquility
