Free Spirit

In nature, a child finds freedom, fantasy, and privacy: a place distant from the adult world, a separate peace ~ Richard Louv

Embrace the free spirited nature of your authentic self and nurture the energy that exists within.  To reawaken your inner self and begin creating a life that you love is a sign of truly being a free spirit.   Be the one that is constantly curious, that welcomes surprise in their life. The one that asks, “just how alive do I need to feel to be able to experience all-encompassing love?”  The one that strives for balance in Mind, Body and Spirit.

Never give up on that young spirit within you, the one that sees the simplicity and beauty of nature and life through a child’s eyes.

As we age, this becomes more a struggle, a worthy struggle, of light versus dark. But I think we can return to that innocence and breathe it all in 🙂

I think I am beginning to find it easier now that I am older.. all those lessons learned through the years are finally making sense and the road I am choosing to walk now is a more mindful and focused one. 🙂 Thanks so much for stopping by and taking time to comment. Much appreciated 🙂

An astonishing photograph! You weave your beautiful images, quotes and remarks in a lovely way! Looks like you might be in Florida?

Thank you so much for those kind words! No, I am originally from South Africa. I live in Louisiana near swamp lands 🙂 I began blogging this April and seem to have found a way to use my photos. I look for a suitable quotation, then sit quietly and wait to see what pops out of Grady. So far it has been quite an interesting experience 🙂 🙂

Always hide a child in yourselves, and nature helps you to do so because it astonishes you in different ways.

Absolutely, Yes! We are so much happier keeping the child within us.

The younger side is forever young, though we tend to abandon it as we become engulfed with the ever demanding issues of life. It’s only fair we keep in touch with it often to stay free and happy.
    Lovely post. Thank you.🌷
