This Internal Music, this unique sound within each of us was playing constantly when we were children. It lifted our spirits and filled us with a ‘joie de vivre’.
Sadly, all but forgotten now that we have grown into adulthood. We need to bring out the child in us. We need to revive the music inside of us.
We need to listen to each other’s songs.

It doesn’t happen very often, if ever, that someone comes along and rekindles that
spark of life energy within us. Especially when we have lived a full life and get to
a point where we feel that perhaps we have experienced all that we deserve in this
illusion called ‘Life’. So, when that someone appears, seemingly out of nowhere,
and shakes things up a bit. Embrace and Engage.
The authentic true self that we recognize when we look at ourselves in a mirror. Those first moments as a young child when we see our reflection and recognize the person staring out at us. The moment when we look into those eyes, into that conscience, and realize that no matter how many stories become fabricated fragments of ourselves over time.. eventually our authentic truth will balance everything out.
